SEAToday.com, Jakarta - According to the latest rankings by Global Firepower, Indonesia has succesfully maintained its position as the nation with the strongest military in Southeast Asia for 2024. This ranking is based on several factors, including military personnel count, defense budget, logistical capabilities, and geographical location.

On the global stage, the United States, Russia, China, and India remain in the top four positions. Indonesia itself has surpassed Israel and Ukraine, which are ranked 17th and 18th in the world, respectively.
