Indonesia, Australia Luncurkan Pusat Perpajakan di Australia INTACT AUS
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Indonesia dan Australia meluncurkan pusat perpajakan Indonesia pertama di Australia, Indonesian Tax Centre Australia (INTACT AUS), sebagai bentuk peningkatan kerja sama perpajakan antara kedua negara.
Dalam peluncurannya, Ketua INTACT AUS Henderi Gunadi berharap dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan kebijakan perpajakan yang inovatif, adil, dan berkelanjutan bagi kedua negara. Konselor Utama Ekonomi KBRI Canberra Pande Ketut Wuri Handayani juga menyebut INTACT AUS dapat membantu WNI yang ada di Australia untuk menyelesaikan masalah perpajakannya.
Pihak KJRI Perth menyampaikan bahwa INTACT AUS akan fokus pada empat bidang utama, yaitu mempromosikan penelitian berkualitas, memfasilitasi diskusi dan wawasan perpajakan, mendorong lahirnya kebijakan perpajakan berbasiskan penelitian, data dan kajian akademis.
