Polisi Sita Truk Pengakut Ratusan Anjing di Semarang
SEAToday.com, Semarang - Kepolisian mengamankan truk pengankut ratusan ekor anjing yang diduga tanpa dokumen resmi di Gerbang Tol Kalikangkung, Semarang, Jawa Tengah, Sabtu (6/1/2024).
Dilansir Antara, dua awak truk berinisial S(48), dan A (49) warga Gemolong, Sragen juga diamankan petugas.
"Polisi menindaklanjuti laporan dari aktivis perlindungan hewan tentang truk pengangkut ratusan anjing diduga tanpa dokumen di Gerbang Tol Kalikangkung pada Sabtu malam," kata Kepala Polrestabes Semarang, Kombes Pol. Irwan Anwar.
Truk bernomor polisi AD 1358 YE ini lalu dibawa ke Markas Polrestabes Semarang untuk penyelidikan lebih lanjut. Namun belum ada penjelasan detial dari polisi terkait perkara ini.
Namun demikian, pelaku dalam dugaan tindak pidana yang dapat diancam dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 41 Tahun 2014 tentang Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan.
