SEAToday.com, Jakarta-Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menetapkan Bupati Sidoarjo Ahmad Muhdlor Ali sebagai tersangka dalam kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi pemotongan insentif pegawai pada Badan Pelayanan Pajak Daerah (BPPD) Kabupaten Sidoarjo.

Setelah penetapan tersebut, tim penyidik KPK memberlakukan cegah ke luar negeri kepada pria yang akrab disapa Gus Muhdlor tersebut. "Pihak yang dicegah dimaksud benar Bupati Sidoarjo," kata Kepala Bagian Pemberitaan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) Ali Fikri saat dikonfirmasi di Jakarta, Selasa, dilansir Antara.

Ali menjelaskan pengajuan cegah ke luar negeri terhadap Gus Muhdlor telah dikoordinasikan dengan Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia untuk enam bulan pertama.

Pemberlakuan cegah itu dilakukan karena diperlukannya keterangan pihak terkait dan Gus Muhdlor juga diharapkan kooperatif hadir dalam setiap kali agenda pemanggilan dari tim penyidik.

Sebelumnya, Ali menerangkan penetapan tersangka terhadap Gus Muhdlor dilakukan berdasarkan analisa dari keterangan para pihak yang diperiksa sebagai saksi, termasuk keterangan para tersangka dan juga alat bukti lainnya.

Tim penyidik KPK kemudian menemukan peran dan keterlibatan pihak lain yang turut serta dalam terjadinya dugaan korupsi berupa pemotongan dan penerimaan uang di lingkungan BPPD Pemkab Sidoarjo.

"Dengan temuan tersebut, dari gelar perkara yang dilakukan kemudian disepakati adanya pihak yang dapat turut dipertanggungjawabkan di depan hukum karena diduga menikmati adanya aliran sejumlah uang," ujarnya.
