KAI Operasikan Crowd Detection System di Stasiun, Kereta LRT Jabodebek

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - KAI secara resmi mulai mengoperasikan sistem deteksi kepadatan (crowd detection system) di stasiun dan rangkaian kereta LRT Jabodebek pada Rabu (28/8).
Sistem ini menyediakan informasi secara realtime mengenai kepadatan di stasiun-stasiun dan rangkaian kereta, sehingga penumpang dapat memilih kereta atau stasiun sesuai kepadatan yang diinginkan. Informasi akan ditampilkan dalam layar monitor yang telah disiapkan di seluruh stasiun LRT Jabodebek.
“Tujuan utama dari implementasi Crowd Detection System adalah untuk memantau dan mengendalikan kerumunan di stasiun dan trainset, sehingga kepadatan pengguna dapat berjalan dengan efisien dan aman,” sebut Manager Public Relations LRT Jabodebek Mahendro Trang Bawono pada keterangannya saat uji coba sistem ini dimulai pada Jumat (23/8). Ia berharap sistem ini dapat meningkatkan kenyamanan dan keamanan pengguna LRT.
