Pemprov Jakarta akan Buka Posko Pengaduan THR
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Pemerintah Provinsi Jakarta segera membuka posko aduan terkait Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) Idul Fitri 1446 H pada Maret 2025.
Posko ini disediakan sebagai bentuk pemantauan terhadap Upah Minimum Provinsi (UMP) 2025 termasuk pemberian THR tahun ini.
"Posko dibuka Maret awal bulan menjelang Ramadhan. Kita buat posko, (perusahaan) mana yang tidak mau sesuai dengan UMP," kata Kepala Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi dan Energi (Disnakertransgi) Provinsi Jakarta Hari Nugroho pada Selasa (25/2).
Ia menjelaskan bahwa pihaknya akan turun ke lapangan jelang dua minggu sebelum lebaran, sejalan dengan keharusan pemberian THR 10 hari sebelum Idul Fitri. Posko pengaduan ini diharapkan dapat memitigasi perusahaan yang tidak mentaati aturan. Jika ditemukan, maka pihaknya akan melakukan audit keuangan terhadap perusahaan tersebut.
