Pemerintah Siapkan Mudik Gratis untuk 100.000 Orang

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Pemerintah Indonesia tengah menyiapkan program mudik gratis bagi 100,000 masyarakat jelang perayaan lebaran 2025. Hal tersebut diungkapkan Wakil Menteri Politik dan Keamanan (Polkam) Lodewijk F Paulus pada Senin (24/2).
"Mudik gratis itu, kami sudah cek kesiapan ke Kementerian BUMN dan Kementerian Perhubungan. Tetap ada (mudik gratis). Kuotanya disiapkan untuk 100.000 warga," kata Wamen Lodewijk.
Ia menjelaskan bahwa program ini nantinya disediakan melalui sejumlah kementerian/lembaga. Salah satu diantaranya adalah melalui BUMN yang akan menyiapkan sejumlah armada, mulai darat, laut, maupun udara, untuk memfasilitasi pemudik.
Armada-armada tersebut nantinya akan mengantarkan pemudik ke beberapa wilayah seperti Pulau Jawa dan Sumatera. Ia menyebutkan TNI juga terlibat dalam mendukung ketersediaan armada, termasuk pengangkutan motor.
