Kemendagri Buka Layanan Cetak dan Ganti e-KTP Gratis Selama 3 Hari

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Dalam rangka memperingati HUT ke-79 RI, Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri) melalui Direktorat Jenderal (Ditjen) Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Dukcapil) membuka layanan administrasi kependudukan (Adminduk) secara terpadu.
Pelayanan ini seperti pelayanan rekam dan cetak e-KTP, aktivasi Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD) serta layanan Adminduk lainnya.
Layanan ini dilaksanakan selama tiga hari, mulai dari Senin (19/8/2024) hingga Rabu (21/8/2024) di kantor Ditjen Dukcapil/Ditjen Bina Pemerintahan Desa (Pemdes), Jalan Raya Pasar Minggu Nomor 19, Pejaten Barat, Pasar Minggu, Jakarta Selatan
Layanan ini juga dapat diakses oleh pegawai Kemendagri dan keluarga hingga masyarakat umum.
Sekretaris Ditjen Dukcapil, Hani Syopiar Rustam, mengatakan, pihaknya telah menandatangani Surat Nomor 400.8/11014/Dukcapil perihal pemberitahuan layanan rekam dan cetak e-KTP serta aktivasi IKD. Surat tersebut mengundang 13 komponen di lingkup Kemendagri agar berpartisipasi.
Seluruh pelayanan rekam dan cetak e-KTP serta aktivasi IKD tidak dipungut biaya.
Berikut syarat layanan rekam dan cetak KTP-el serta aktivasi IKD:
1. Perekaman e-KTP baru (usia 17 tahun):
- Berusia 17 tahun atau sudah/pernah menikah;
- Membawa Kartu Keluarga;
- Usia 16 tahun bisa merekam (cetak e-KTP setelah berusia 17 tahun).
2. Perekaman e-KTP ganti foto:
- Membawa Kartu Keluarga;
- Membawa e-KTP lama (belum berhijab);
- Hanya untuk perubahan dari belum berhijab menjadi berhijab.
3. Pencetakan e-KTP karena hilang:
- Membawa Kartu Keluarga;
- Membawa surat keterangan hilang dari kepolisian.
4. Pencetakan e-KTP karena rusak:
- Membawa Kartu Keluarga;
- Membawa e-KTP yang rusak.
5. Aktivasi Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD):
- Sudah merekam/memiliki e-KTP;
- Membawa smartphone/HP dan e-KTP/Kartu Keluarga;
- Disarankan sudah mengunduh aplikasi IKD melalui Playstore/Appstore.
