HUT RI, Lapangan Upacara IKN Siap Tampung 8.000 Orang
SEAToday.com, Nusantara - Lapangan Upacara Kota Nusantara (IKN), Provinsi Kalimantan Timur (Kaltim) akan beroperasi fungsional pada akhir Juli dalam menyambut Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) RI ke-79.
Kepastian ini disampaikan oleh Kepala Satuan Tugas (Satgas) Perencanaan Pembangunan Infrastruktur IKN Imam Santoso Ernawi pada Kamis (11/7/2024).
Kapasitas Lapangan Upacara sendiri cukup banyak yaitu dapat menampung sekitar 8.000 orang.
"Tapi kalau untuk tamu, saya kita itu nanti yang mengatur dari Kemensetneg (Kementerian Sekretariat Negara) ya," jelas Imam.
Progres pembangunan Lapangan Upacara maupun Istana Negara sendiri telah menembus 82,73 persen.
Selaras dengan Imam, Senior Vice President (SVP) of Corporate Secretary Bureau PP Joko Raharjo juga mengatakan hal yang sama.
Menurutnya, Istana Negara sudah bisa digunakan untuk kegiatan upacara HUT Kemerdekaan RI ke-79.
"Kami optimistis terkait proyek itu bisa dipakai dalam agenda upacara 17 Agustus. Jadi, sampai sejauh ini kita optimistis proyek itu bisa dipakai sebagaimana diamanatkan pemerintah," tegasnya.
