Gibran Tinjau Langsung Layanan Lapor Mas Wapres
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Wakil Presiden RI (Wapres) Gibran Rakabuming Raka meninjau langsung layanan "Lapor Mas Wapres" di Istana Wakil Presiden RI, Jakarta, Selasa (12/11/2024).
Melansir dari Antara, Gibran tiba di Istana Wapres sekitar pukul 11.10 WIB, usai dirinya memimpin rapat penanganan erupsi Gunung Lewotobi Laki-Laki, Flores, NTT, di Kantor Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB), Jakarta.
Ketika tiba di kompleks Istana Wakil Presiden, Gibran langsung masuk ke dalam Posko Pengaduan Masyarakat yang dibuka di gedung belakang Istana Wapres. Ia pun nampak menyapa para warga yang tengah melapor.
Layanan pengaduan masyarakat "Lapor Mas Wapres" yang digagas oleh Wakil Presiden Gibran Rakabuming Raka dibuka pada Senin (11/11) lalu.
Sebelumnya, Deputi Bidang Administrasi Sekretariat Wakil Presiden Sapto Harjono mengatakan bahwa Wapres Gibran menginginkan adanya laporan berkala terkait aduan warga yang diterima oleh tim Sekretariat Wakil Presiden.
Ia mengatakan bahwa Wapres Gibran memerlukan rekap laporan harian, bulanan yang dilaporkan oleh tim Sekretariat Wakil Presiden dan akan dilakukan pengecekan laporan harian secara berkala.
"Mudah-mudahan jadi bahan beliau untuk pengambilan kebijakan," ujar Sapto.
Menurut Sapto, kanal pengaduan "Lapor Mas Wapres" ini diluncurkan untuk membuat masyarakat semakin mudah menyampaikan keluhan, aduan hingga aspirasi kepada pemerintah.
