Haji 2024: 169.958 Calon Haji Indonesia Tiba di Makkah
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Sebanyak 169.958 calon haji Indonesia atau 80 persen dari jumlah keseluruhan sebanyak 213.320 orang sudah tiba di Makkah, Arab Saudi.
"Sudah 80 persen dari total calon haji reguler sebanyak 213.320 orang sudah tiba di Kota Makkah Al-Mukarramah, layanan jamaah pun mulai terkonsentrasi di Makkah," kata Petugas Media Center Haji (MCH) Kementerian Agama (Kemenag) RI Widi Dwinanda, Selasa (4/6).
Jamaah diharapkan mempersiapkan diri untuk menyambut puncak ibadah haji, dengan menjaga fisik agar tidak sakit, serta berbagai kelengkapan jamaah lainnya seperti gelang, smart card, dan dokumen penting lainnya sebagai syarat untuk masuk ke lokasi Mina (Armuzna).
Selain itu, dilaporkan sebanyak 39 calon haji Indonesia dinyatakan wafat dengan rincian di embarkasi 3 orang, Madinah 15 orang, Makkah 19 orang, dan di bandara 2 orang.
Sementara pada Selasa (4/6), Widi mengatakan bahwa sebanyak 20 kelompok terbang dengan jumlah 7.751 calon haji diberangkatkan dari Indonesia menuju Jeddah, Arab Saudi.
