780 Ribu Kendaraan Diprediksi Tinggalkan Jabotabek Saat Long Weekend

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Jasa Marga memprediksi ada sekitar 780.679 kendaraan yang meninggalkan Jabotabek saat long weekend Waisak. Angka ini diprediksi meningkat sebanyak 6 persen dari lalu lintas normal.

Angka ini merupakan hasil akumulatif arus lalu lintas dari empat gerbang tol utama (GT) yaitu GT Cikupa (arah Merak), GT Ciawi (arah Puncak), GT Cikampek Utara (arah Trans Jawa), dan GT Kalihurip (arah Bandung).

Pada saat lalu lintas normal, jumlah kendaraan sebanyak 736.459 kendaraan.

Dari angka kenaikan volume kendaraan, Jasa Marga memperkirakan bahwa distribusi kendaraan keluar Jabotabek mayoritas tujuannya menuju arah Timur yaitu Trans Jawa dan Bandung sebanyak 345.834 kendaraan.

Kemudian ke arah Barat (Merakk) sebanyak 237.373 kendaraan, dan ke arah selatan (Puncak) sebanyak 197.472 kendaraan.

Semantara itu, untuk puncak arus lalu lintas long weekend diprediksi terjadi pada, Rabu (22/5) kemarin dengan perkiraan angka 169.321 kendaraan atau naik 21.9 persen terhadap lalu lintas normal.

Melihat peningkatan volume kendaraan yang akan meninggalkan Jabotabek ini, Jasa Marga memastikan kesiapan layanan operasi jalan tol Jasa Marga Group berjalan dengan optimal, khusus jalan tol yang berpotensi menjadi destinasi wisata favorit seperti Jalan Tol Jagorawi arah Puncak, serta Jakarta-Cikampek dan Cipularang untuk arah Trans Jawa dan Bandung.

Begitu pun dengan layanan di rest area, Jasa Marga menjaga fasilitas umum seperti toilet dan musala beroperasi baik dan optimal.

Jasa Marga juga berkoordinasi dengan pihak Kepolisian jika dibutuhkan diskresi untuk adanya buka tutup rest area dengan melihat kapasitas parkir yang tersedia.
