KOOPS TNI HABEMA Swadaya Bantu Penerangan di Sejumlah Distrik di Papua
KOOPS TNI HABEMA bantu terciptanya penerangan di sejumlah distrik di Papua (Istimewa)

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Komando Operasi TNI (KOOPS TNI) HABEMA melaksanakan tugas di wilayah Papua dengan menggelar beberapa program kegiatan, termasuk di antaranya kegiatan Teritorial dalam rangka membantu mengatasi kesulitan masyarakat di sekitar tempat tugas. 

Salah satunya adalah membantu penerangan di distrik yang kesulitan listrik dan lampu. Beberapa contoh distrik (kecamatan) yang mengalami kesulitan penerangan di wilayah Papua antara lain Distrik Homeyo, Distrik Mbuwa, Distrik Yigi dan Distrik Dal.

Bantuan ini dilakukan dengan swadaya dengan bentuk pemasangan lampu PJU menggunakan solar cell yang telah dilengkapi lampu. Kegiatan pemasangan lampu PJU dan penerangan warga masyarakat dilakukan secara bergotong-royong para prajurit KOOPS HABEMA bersama masyarakat setempat. 

“Kegiatan Teritorial dalam wujud pemasangan penerangan di tiga distrik wilayah Kabupaten Nduga merupakan bentuk kepedulian TNI terhadap masyarakat setempat, khususnya dukungan pemberian pelayanan dasar terhadap masyarakat sebagai bagian upaya mempercepat pembangunan Papua”, ucap Pangkoops HABEMA menegaskan maksud dan tujuan kegiatan Teritorial KOOPS HABEMA.

Kegiatan Teritorial oleh KOOPS HABEMA tersebut merupakan realisasi dukungan TNI dalam pemberian pelayanan dasar terhadap masyarakat Papua yang selaras dengan Instruksi Presiden (Inpres) kepada Panglima TNI sebagaimana tersebut dalam Inpres Nomor 9 Tahun 2020 tentang Percepatan Pembangunan Kesejahteraan di Papua.

Realisasi ini juga sejalan dengan strategi penyelesaian permasalahan Papua yang ditegaskan kembali oleh Panglima TNI saat pelaksanaan Rapat Pimpinan (Rapim) TNI-Polri Tahun 2024 di Mabes TNI, yang berwujud strategi smart power, meliputi kombinasi soft power, hard power, dan diplomasi militer.
