SEAToday.com, Denpasar – Sebuah helikopter diduga jenis Bell 505 terjatuh di Pantai Suluban, Kuta Selatan, Bali pada Jumat (19/7) sekitar pukul 15.33 WITA. Helikopter malang tersebut sedang membawa 5 orang di dalamnya termasuk pilot helikoter. Lalu bagaimana kondisi korban helikopter pasca kecelakaan?
Tercatat 5 orang korban di dalam helikopter dalam kondisi selamat. Menurut Humas Badan Pencarian Pertolongan Nasional (Basarnas) Bali Ayu Wijayanti mengatakan dari 5 korban yang selamat 2 di antaranya mengalami luka yang cukup parah yakni patah tulang.
“Kalau patah tulang ada 2 orang yakni penumpang asal Australia dan seorang kru helikopter dari Bali. Bagian tangan dan pinggang,” ungkap Kepala Basarnas Bali I Nyoman Sidakarya dilansir Antara.
Para korban kecelakaan helikopter jatuh langsung dievakuasi ke Rumah Sakit Siloam menggunakan ambulans. Sementara ada penumpang yang mengalami shock berat. Kondisi ini menyebabkan sulit diajak komunikasi ketika dimintai keterangan, sementara pilot helikopter masih bisa diajak berkomunikasi.
Kelima korban helikopter jatuh itu teridentifikasi bernama Dedi Kurnia (pilot asal Indonesia), Russel James Harris (penumpang asal Australia), Eloira Decti Paskilah (penumpang asal Indonesia), , Chriestope Pierre Marrot Castellat (penumpang asal Australia), dan Oki (kru asal Indonesia).
Terkait penyebab helikopter terjatuh masih diselidiki oleh Komite Nasional Keselamatan Transportasi (KNKT) yang langsung melakukan investigasi di tempat kejadian. Sejauh ini KNKT belum memberikan keterangan resmi terkait penyebab kecelakaan.
Sementara itu kabar yang beredar helikopter terjatuh karena dugaan tersangkut tali layangan di daerah tersebut. Kementerian Perhubungan melalui Dirjen Perhubungan akan melakukan sosialisasi dan pengawasan yang lebih intensif bahaya layangan melalui koordinasi dengan Penjabat (Pj) gubernur serta kepala daerah di wilayah Bali agar kecelakaan ini tak terjadi lagi.
Namun Direktur Operasi Basarnas Edy Prakoso meminta masyarakat tidak mudah mempercayai isu-isu terkait jatuhnya helikopter. “Resminya soal penyebab dari KNKT karena yang memeriksa. Jadi belum bisa dikatakan benar setiap info beredar,” pungkas Edy.
