14 Perjalanan Whoosh Dibatalkan Akibat Gempa di Kabupaten Bandung

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) membatalkan 14 perjalanan Kereta Cepat Jakarta-Bandung Whoosh akibat gempa berskala 5.0 magnitudo yang terjadi di Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat, Rabu (18/9) pada pukul 09.41 WIB. Hal tersebut dikarenakan titik lokasi gempa berdekatan dengan lokasi jalur kereta cepat Whoosh.
Operator kereta cepat PT KCIC menyampaikan permohonan maaf atas pembatalan sejumlah perjalanan tersebut. Lebih lanjut, Corporate Secretary PT KCIC Eva Chairunisa mengatakan, pembatalan dilakukan untuk memastikan keselamatan dan keamanan seluruh perjalanan kereta cepat Whoosh.
Pemeriksaan menyeluruh dilakukan di semua jalur di sepanjang 144 kilometer, yang sebagian besar dilalui area perbukitan. Selain itu, pemeriksaan juga dilakukan untuk memastikan tidak ada faktor eksternal yang mengganggu jalur KCJB.
Masyarakat yang sudah membeli tiket dan terdampak pembatalan jadwal dapat melakukan proses pembatalan dengan bea tiket yang akan dikembalikan 100 persen.
