Vietnam, Kamboja, dan Laos Perkuat Kerja Sama Strategis dalam Pertemuan Tingkat Tinggi

SEAToday.com, Ho Chi Minh City - Sekretaris Jenderal Partai Komunis Vietnam, To Lam, mengadakan pertemuan tingkat tinggi dengan Presiden Partai Rakyat Kamboja sekaligus Presiden Senat, Hun Sen, serta Sekretaris Jenderal Partai Revolusioner Rakyat Laos yang juga Presiden Laos, Thongloun Sisoulith, di Ho Chi Minh City pada 22 Februari.
Pertemuan ini menjadi platform utama bagi ketiga pemimpin untuk membahas perkembangan global dan regional, saling bertukar informasi mengenai kondisi negara dan partai masing-masing, mengevaluasi hasil kerja sama selama setahun terakhir, serta merancang strategi kolaborasi di masa depan.
Menyoroti keterkaitan erat antara stabilitas, keamanan, dan pembangunan di ketiga negara, para pemimpin menegaskan kembali komitmen mereka untuk memprioritaskan serta memperkuat persahabatan tradisional yang telah terjalin. Mereka juga menyatakan kepuasan atas kemajuan kerja sama trilateral yang terus berkembang.
Para pemimpin menekankan pentingnya membangun kepercayaan politik dan hubungan tingkat tinggi, serta berjanji untuk menjaga dan mempererat solidaritas jangka panjang yang mereka anggap sebagai aset berharga guna menjamin perdamaian, keamanan, dan pembangunan di kawasan.
Selain itu, mereka menyoroti pentingnya meningkatkan kesadaran generasi muda tentang kemitraan yang telah terjalin selama bertahun-tahun antara Vietnam, Kamboja, dan Laos. Para pemimpin juga sepakat untuk memperkuat kerja sama di bidang pertahanan dan keamanan dalam menghadapi ancaman tradisional maupun baru yang muncul.
Lebih lanjut, mereka berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan berbagi informasi, konsultasi, serta koordinasi guna melindungi kepentingan nasional dan menghadapi tantangan bersama.
Pertemuan ini kembali menegaskan dedikasi ketiga negara dalam mempererat hubungan strategis mereka, menjaga stabilitas, dan mendorong pembangunan berkelanjutan di kawasan Asia Tenggara.
