Tim Indonesia Raih Juara 2 Overall Country Champion di Asian Open Memory Championship (AOMC) 2024
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Tim Indonesia meraih juara 2 Overall Country Champion dengan total skor 10.604 poin di ajang Asia Open Memory Championship (AOMC) 2024 yang digelar 28-29 September di Singapore Polytechnic Graduates’ Guild, Singapura. Indonesia membawa 32 medali yang terdiri dari 6 medali emas, 13 medali perak, dan 13 medali perunggu.
Sementara itu, Indonesia harus mengakui keunggulan Tim Memory Sports Jepang yang menjadi juara pertama di ajang yang mempertandingkan 10 jenis perlombaan yang menguji kemampuan otak dalam mengingat berbagai informasi tersebut.
Atase Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kedutaan Besar Republik Indonesia (KBRI) di Singapura, I Gusti Agung Ketut Satrya Wibawa mengungkapkan apresiasi atas prestasi kontingen Indonesia di kompetisi tersebut. Ia menilai, Indonesia mampu menunjukkan prestasi dan potensi dari anak-anak muda.
Nantinya, Tim Indonesia akan bergabung dengan pelajar Indonesia lainnya untuk membuat Rekor MURI Dunia Mengingat 10 Bahasa Asing dengan Peserta Terbanyak, Kamis (10/10) di Gedung Pusat Perfilman Usmar Ismail, Jakarta.
