Kominfo Batal Blokir X dan Telegram Karena Alasan Berikut
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo) membatalkan rencana pemblokiran platform pesan singkat Telegram dan media sosial X.
Keputusan ini diumumkan oleh Direktur Jenderal Aplikasi Informatika Kominfo Semuel Abrijani Pangerapan, Kamis (27/6). Pembatalan pemblokiran ini diambil setelah Kominfo menilai kedua platform tersebut telah menunjukkan komitmennya dalam mematuhi peraturan yang berlaku di Indonesia.
"X sudah merespons permintaan kami dan sudah di-takedown yang kami ajukan. Telegram juga kemarin ini sudah merespons dan akan meningkatkan Service Level Agreement (SLA)," ujar Semuel.
Sebelumnya, wacana pemblokiran kedua platform tersebut muncul sebagai respons terhadap kekhawatiran terkait konten pornografi yang diizinkan di X dan konten ilegal, termasuk judi online, yang marak di Telegram.
