ICC Buka Platform Digital untuk Penyerahan Bukti Kejahatan Perang Israel
SEAToday.com, Gaza - Kantor Jaksa (OTP) Mahkamah Pidana Internasional (ICC) membuka platform digital bagi masyarakat untuk menyampaikan pengaduan beserta bukti-bukti kejahatan Israel.
Melalui situs Justice for All, masyarakat dapat mengirimkan foto dan video yang menunjukkan kejahatan yang dilakukan oleh Israel, yang dapat berupa Kejahatan Perang, Kejahatan Terhadap Kemanusiaan, Genosida, atau Agresi. Informasi yang dikirimkan akan dibawa ke pengadilan dan pengirimnya akan dipandang mengambil sikap melawan Israel.
Informasi tersebut akan langsung dikirim secara langsung dan aman ke ICC.
Siapapun bisa mengirimkan informasi, tidak harus korban atau saksi. Informasi juga bisa diserahkan secara kolektif melalui sebuah organisasi, "selama ada pengirim yang dapat diidentifikasi", demikian dinyatakan dalam situs tersebut.
