Masyarakat Indonesia Diminta Pakai Masker Setelah Kasus Pneumonia Ditemukan
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Kementerian Kesehatan Indonesia mengimbau masyarakat untuk kembali menggunakan masker di ruang publik setelah ditemukannya kasus pneumonia di Jakarta.
Dinas Kesehatan DKI Jakarta saat ini sedang melakukan verifikasi mengenai laporan yang masuk dari fasilitas kesehatan (faskes) terkait penemuan kasus pneumonia di Jakarta.
Kepala Biro Komunikasi dan Pelayanan Publik Kemenkes, Siti Nadia Tarmizi meminta masyarakat untuk tidak khawatir karena Mycoplasma bukan bakteri baru, sehingga sudah diketahui cara mendeteksi dan obat penangkalnya.
Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) mengonfirmasi kasus mycoplasma pneumonia di Tiongkok terus mengalami peningkatan sejak Mei 2023.
