Wapres Gibran Rakabuming Raka Tinjau Perkembangan Proyek MRT Fase 2
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Usai menghadiri pelantikan Sekretaris Kabinet & Wakil Menteri Kabinet Merah Putih di Istana Negara, Jakarta, pada Senin sore (21/10/2024), Wakil Presiden (Wapres) Gibran Rakabuming langsung menuju Monas tempat proyek MRT fase 2 dikerjakan.
Didampingi Menteri Perhubungan Dudy Purwaghandi, dan Pj. Gubernur DKI Jakarta Teguh Setyabudi, Wapres meninjau perkembangan pengerjaan Stasiun Monas dan Stasiun Thamrin yang menjadi bagian dari MRT Fase 2 Lintang Selatan-Utara (Bundaran HI - Kota).
Dengan berjalan kaki, Wapres beserta pendamping dan rombongan terbatas menelusuri terowongan dari Stasiun Monas ke Stasiun Thamrin sepanjang kurang lebih 350 meter yang saat ini pekerjaan sipilnya telah mencapai 82 persen.
Proyek MRT fase 2A terbagi dua segmen, yaitu segmen satu Bundaran HI—Harmoni yang ditargetkan selesai pada 2027 dan segmen dua Harmoni—Kota yang ditargetkan selesai pada 2029.
Salah satu yang menjadi penekanan Wapres dalam peninjauan ini adalah pentingnya ketepatan waktu pelaksanaan proyek dan penghijauan kembali pasca penyelesaian proyek.
Dilansir dari situs jakartamrt.co.id, proyek pembangunan MRT Jakarta fase 2 membentang sepanjang sekitar 11,8 kilometer dari kawasan Bundaran HI hingga Ancol Barat. Fase 2 ini melanjutkan koridor utara—selatan fase 1 yang telah beroperasi sejak 2019 lalu, yaitu dari Lebak Bulus sampai dengan Bundaran HI.
Dengan hadirnya fase 2 ini, total panjang jalur utara—selatan menjadi sekitar 27,8 kilometer dengan total waktu perjalanan dari Stasiun Lebak Bulus Grab hingga Stasiun Kota sekitar 45 menit.
