President Joko Widodo Inaugurates Pamulang-Cinere-Raya Bogor Highway

SEAToday.com, Depok-On Monday, January 8, President Joko Widodo inaugurated the Pamulang-Cinere-Raya Bogor toll road which was held at the North Limo toll gate, Depok City, West Java. The President also said that the toll road had a total length of 14.8 kilometers with a total investment of 4 trillion rupiah.
The Pamulang-Cinere-Raya Bogor toll road will complement the existing toll road network structure in Jabodetabek. Among them are the Inner Ring Highway, Jakarta Outer Ring Road 1, and Jakarta Outer Ring Road 2.
The President also hopes that the Pamulang-Cinere-Raya Bogor toll road can provide more alternative routes for the public to reach places in Jabodetabek. Apart from that, the toll road is also expected to improve mobility and reduce congestion.
"The operation of this toll road will give people more choices, especially people who live in Cibubur, Bogor, and Tangerang to reach places such as Soekarno-Hatta airport and others without needing to enter the city. This will facilitate the mobility of people, the mobility of goods, the mobility of logistics which will reduce congestion, and people will have a choice, have an alternative by using smoother roads”, said President Jokowi.
