Gibran’s Public Complaint Service Launches at Vice President's Palace, Starting November 11
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka has launched a complaint service for the Indonesian people. Complaints can be accessed by directly visiting the Vice President's Palace as well as WhatsApp messages starting Monday, November 11, 2024.
This news was conveyed by Gibran through an upload via his personal Instagram account @gibran_rakabuming. The upload shows the caption “Lapor Mas Wapres” as well as details of the schedule, address, and complaint contact.
“You can come directly to the Vice President's Palace,” he wrote.
The Vice Presidential Palace is located on Jalan Kebon Sirih Number 14, Central Jakarta. The complaint service at the Vice Presidential Palace is open Monday to Friday at 08.00-14.00 WIB.
In addition, Gibran also included a complaint contact via WhatsApp at 081117042207.
“We also open access via WhatsApp whose number is on the poster,” he concluded.
