Aulia Qisthi, Dosen UI Meraih Penghargaan Makalah Terbaik The Minerals, Metals, and Materials Society (TMS) Divisi Logam Ringan dan Ekstraksi dan Pengolahan pada tahun 2024
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Aulia Qisthi, dosen program studi Teknik Lingkungan, Fakultas Teknik (FT) UI meraih penghargaan Best Paper Awards di ajang “The Minerals, Metals, and Materials Society’s (TMS) Light Metals and Extraction and Processing Divisions 2024.” Ia mendapatkan penghargaan itu atas risetnya yang berjudul “Penilaian Jejak Karbon terhadap Proses Daur Ulang Limbah PCB melalui Rute Peleburan Tembaga di Australia”.
Dalam riset tersebut, ia mengkaji kondisi terkini pengelolaan limbah elektronik papan sirkuit cetak (PCB) di Australia, serta potensi pengurangan emisi karbon dari sumber energi terbarukan selama proses daur ulang. Penelitian tersebut telah dimulai saat ia masih menjalani studi pada program doktoral di Swinburne University of Technology.
