Kepulauan Tidore Ditetapkan Sebagai Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional di Indonesia Timur
SEAToday.com, Maluku Utara - Pemerintah Indonesia mempersiapkan Tidore Kepulauan untuk menjadi salah satu kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional di Indonesia Timur.
Hal tersebut diungkapkan Menteri Perhubungan Budi Karya Sumadi, dalam acara Puncak Hari Nusantara (Harnus) 2023 pada Rabu (13/12). Sebagai bentuk dukungan pemerintah, acara ini diselenggarakan di Pantai Tugulufa, Kota Tidore Kepulauan, Maluku Utara.
Dengan mengangkat tema “Merajut Konektivitas Nusantara dan Ekonomi Maritim dari Titik Nol Jalur Rempah,” Menteri Budi meyakini bahwa Harnus 2023 dapat menjadi momentum bagi rakyat Indonesia untuk memperingati keragaman dan kekayaan budaya bangsa. Ia juga berharap Harnus dapat meningkatkan semangat masyarakat Indonesia timur untuk melesat maju membangun peradaban, sejalan dengan prioritas pembangunan Presiden Joko Widodo untuk membangun Indonesia dari daerah pinggiran, sehingga dapat meningkatkan peran dan daya saing daerah.
