Berapa Gaji Raffi Ahmad sebagai Utusan Khusus Presiden?

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Raffi Ahmad resmi dilantik sebagai Utusan Khusus Presiden Bidang Pembinaan Generasi Muda dan Pekerja Seni. Pelantikan digelar di Istana Negara, Jakarta, Selasa, 22 Oktober 2024.
Pelantikan tersebut berdasarkan Keputusan Presiden Nomor 76/M tahun 2024 tentang Pengangkatan Utusan Khusus Presiden RI tahun 2024-2029, yang ditetapkan di Jakarta, 21 Oktober 2024 oleh Presiden Prabowo Subianto.
Bertugas sebagai Utusan Presiden, Raffi Ahmad akan mendapatkan gaji dan berbagai tunjangan yang besarannya bisa setingkat menteri.
Hal ini merujuk Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 137 Tahun 2024 tentang Penasihat Khusus Presiden, Utusan Khusus Presiden, Staf Khusus Presiden, dan Staf Khusus Wakil Presiden.
"Hak keuangan dan fasilitas lainnya bagi Utusan Khusus Presiden diberikan setinggi-tingginya setingkat dengan jabatan Menteri," demikian bunyi Pasal 22 Bab II tentang Utusan Khusus Presiden.
Walau begitu, Raffi dan enam utusan khusus lainnya tidak menerima uang pensiun setelah berakhir masa baktinya. Ketentuan ini diatur Pasal 8 Perpres tersebut.
Lantas, berapa gaji Raffi Ahmad dan utusan khusus presiden lainnya?
Besaran gaji menteri tertuang dalam PP Nomor 60 Tahun 2000 tentang Perubahan atas PP Nomor 50 Tahun 1980 tentang Hak Keuangan/Administratif Menteri Negara dan Bekas Menteri Negara serta Janda/Dudanya. Pasal 2 PP itu menyebut menteri mendapatkan gaji pokok Rp5.040.000 per bulan.
Sedangkan, besaran tunjangan menteri diatur dalam Keputusan Presiden (Keppres) Nomor 68 Tahun 2001 tentang Perubahan Atas Keputusan Presiden Nomor 168 Tahun 2000 tentang Tunjangan Jabatan Bagi Pejabat Negara Tertentu.
Pada Pasal 1 ayat (2e) Keppres itu menyebut menteri menerima tunjangan sebesar Rp13.608.000 per bulan. Maka, gaji pokok dan tunjangan yang diterima Raffi Ahmad sebagai Utusan Khusus Presiden, yakni Rp18.648.000 per bulan.
