Kecelakaan Bus yang Angkut Rombongan Pelajar SMK Depok Jadi Sorotan Media Asing

"At least 11 dead, mostly students, in Indonesia bus crash after brakes apparently failed, police say," demikian judul berita yang dibuat Associated Press (AP), kantor berita nirlaba Amerika Serikat yang berkantor pusat di New York City.
AP mewartakan bahwa bus menabrak mobil-mobil dan sepeda motor setelah remnya tidak berfungsi di provinsi Jawa Barat, Indonesia, menewaskan sedikitnya 11 orang, sebagian besar pelajar, dan melukai puluhan lainnya.
"Bus yang membawa 61 siswa dan guru tersebut kembali ke sebuah sekolah menengah atas di Depok di luar Jakarta, ibu kota Indonesia, pada hari Sabtu malam dari daerah resor berbukit di Bandung setelah perayaan kelulusan, kata juru bicara kepolisian Jawa Barat Jules Abraham Abast," tulis AP.
Selain itu, Agence France-Presse (AFP) juga mewartakan insiden itu dengan tajuk berita, "Indonesia school bus crash kills 11, dozens injured."
