Bus Rosalia Indah Kecelakaan di Tol Semarang-Batang, 7 Orang Tewas
SEAToday.com, Semarang-Bus Rosalia Indah mengalami kecelakaan di KM 370 ruas Tol Semarang-Batang di wilayah Kabupaten Kendal, Jawa Tengah, pada Kamis, 11 April 2024, pagi. Sebanyak tujuh orang tewas usai kecelakaan tersebut.
Kabid Humas Polda Jawa Tengah Kombes Pol. Satake Bayu Setianto membenarkan terjadinya kecelakaan tunggal itu. Ia menyebut insiden itu bermula ketika bus melaju dari arah barat ke timur atau Jakarta menuju Semarang.
Ketika sampai di lokasi kejadian, kata dia, bus bernomor polisi AD 7019 OA tersebut keluar dari jalan dan masuk ke dalam parit di sisi kiri jalan. Menurutnya, dugaan sementara, sopir bus mengantuk sehingga mengakibatkan kendaraan tersebut keluar jalur.
"Bus mengangkut 34 penumpang termasuk sopir dan kondektur," katanya, dilansir Antara.
Tujuh korban meninggal dunia kemudian dievakuasi ke RS Islam Weleri, Kabupaten Kendal. Selain tujuh korban meninggal, terdapat pula 15 penumpang yang mengalami luka-luka.
