Prabowo Resmi Hapuskan Piutang Macet UMKM Petani, Nelayan
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Presiden Prabowo resmi menandatangani Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 47 Tahun 2024 tentang penghapusan piutang macet kepada usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), Selasa (5/11).
Kebijakan tersebut menyasar UMKM di tiga bidang, yaitu pertanian, perkebunan, dan peternakan; perikanan dan kelautan; serta UMKM lainnya seperti mode/busana, kuliner, industri kreatif dan lainnya.
Menurutnya, produsen pertanian, UMKM, dan nelayan merupakan penopang pangan bangsa. Ia berharap keputusan ini dapat mendukung usaha mereka dan berguna bagi bangsa.
Ia menambahkan, detail teknis dan persyaratan akan dikoordinasikan lebih lanjut oleh kementerian dan lembaga terkait agar dapat berjalan efektif dan tepat sasaran.
Sementara itu, Menteri UMKM menjelaskan bahwa penghapusan piutang ini berlaku bagi nasabah Himpunan Bank Milik Negara (Himbara) yang tidak memiliki kemampuan lagi untuk membayar dalam rentang waktu kurang lebih 10 tahun. Penghapusan ini juga berlaku nominal pinjaman maksimal yaitu 500 juta rupiah untuk usaha dan 300 juta rupiah untuk perorangan.
