250 Personel Gabungan Apel Siaga Antisipasi Natal dan Tahun Baru

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Sebanyak 250 personel gabungan mengikuti apel Kesiapsiagaan Pengamanan Natal dan Tahun Baru 2024 di Lanud Halim Perdanakusuma, Jakarta. Para personel tersebut berasal dari Satpol PP dan Polres Metro Jakarta Timur.

“Kegiatan ini sebagai upaya memberikan rasa aman kepada masyarakat dalam menjalani Natal dan perayaan malam pergantian tahun 2024,” kata Wali Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur M. Anwar seperti dilansir Antara.

Anwar menambahkan, apel ini merupakan wujud “komitmen bersama untuk menjaga stabilitas keamanan”.

Tak hanya soal keamanan, antisipasi bencana alam juga ikut diperhatikan saat libur Natal dan Tahun Baru 2024, salah satunya soal penanganan banjir.

Oleh karenanya, ia meminta camat dan lurah serta unit teknis lainnya agar melaksanakan pemeliharaan dan pembersihan drainase, pompa air, saluran air dan tali air.

"Ini dalam upaya pencegahan bencana banjir," kata Anwar.
