Pihak Ancol Klarifikasi Isu Ada Tembok Jebol karena Banjir Rob

SEAToday.com, Jakarta – Belum lama ini viral video di sosial media salah satu tembok di kawasan wisata Taman Impian Jaya Ancol jebol karena derasnya banjir rob yang menggenangi kawasan perairan di utara Jakarta.

Dalam video itu air laut di pantai kawasan Ancol cukup tinggi dan deras sehingga menghantam tembok. Namun pihak PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol membantah adanya tembok jebol.

Menurut Corporate Communication PT Pembangunan Jaya Ncol Aryadi Eko Nugroho kabar itu hanya isu belaka. “Tidak ada pembatas atau tembok di Ancol yang jebol,” kata Eko dilansir Antara.

Eko menambahkan banjir rob yang menggenangi kawasan pantai Ancol tak mempengaruhi operasional objek wisata terkenal di Indonesia tersebut. Bahkan Taman Impian Jaya Ancol tetap buka seperti biasa.

“Adanya banjir rob yang ada di kawasan wisata Taman Impian Jaya Ancol disampaikan kalau kami tetap beroperasi seperti biasa” tambah Eko dalam keterangannya kepada wartawan. Sebagai tempat wisata Taman Impian Jaya Ancol memiliki pompa yang cepat mengantisipasi datangnya banjir rob di kawasa tersebut. Total ada 29 rumah pompa atau chamber yang dipakai dengan total 55 mesin pompa.

Selain melakukan pencegahan dengan penggunaan pompa, pihak Taman Impian Jaya Ancol  terus memantau kondisi banjir rob yang melanda kawasan Ancol dan sekitarnya sambal terus berkoordinasi dengan sejumlah pihak.

Pihak Taman Impian Jaya Ancol juga mengoptimalkan penjaga keamanan (lifeguard) di pinggir pantai serta pengeras suara area untuk selalu memberikan imbauan kepada para pengunjung agar tetap berekreasi pada area yang masih nyaman dan kondusif. Biasanya banjir rob di Taman Impian Jaya Ancol terjadi siang hari sekitar pukul 11.00 WIB. Namun air laut yang pasang tak bertahan lama.

Pasang air laut tengah melanda kawasan utara Jakarta. Hal ini disebabkan adanya grativitasi bulan dan matahari. Kemudian memicu banji rob. Banjir rob adalah fenomena alami yang berkaitan dengan air laut pasang.
