SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta mengungkapkan bahwa pencetakan Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) baru, penggantian KTP rusak atau pembaharuan informasi data diri kini hanya membutuhkan waktu 10--15 menit.
"Kami jamin pencetakan KTP bisa dilayani dengan waktu 10 sampai 15 menit sesuai standar operasional prosedur (SOP)," kata Kepala Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) DKI Jakarta Budi Awaluddin dalam keterangannya di Jakarta, Rabu, 20 November 2024, dilansir Antara.
Ia menyebut bahwa pihaknya telah mendapat hibah sebanyak lima juta blangko dari Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri). Dengan jumlah itu tak akan ada lagi kelangkaan blangko KTP seperti bulan lalu.
"Sudah tak ada lagi kelangkaan sejak sebulan yang lalu, karena kami sudah mendapatkan hibah blangko," katanya.
SOP pencetakan KTP maksimal 15 menit yang diterapkan Disdukcapil ini diapresiasi Wakil Ketua Komisi A DPRD DKI Jakarta Alia Noorayu Laksono. Dikatakannya, mengingat selama ini banyak warga yang belum mendapat KTP karena keterbatasan blangko, akibatnya harus menunggu beberapa pekan, bahkan berbulan-bulan.
"Kemarin, warga disuruh nunggu dua minggu. Seharusnya mulai per minggu ini sudah tidak ada kendala lagi. Warga bisa langsung mendapat KTP," ujar Alia.
Ia mengimbau seluruh Suku Dinas (Sudin) Dukcapil di seluruh wilayah Jakarta untuk menginfokan kepada warga terkait pencetakan KTP.
"Kita minta juga dari Sudin Dukcapil menginformasikan ke kecamatan, kelurahan, RT, RW, untuk menginformasikan biar semua warga yang masih pakai surat keterangan (suket) bisa segera mendapatkan KTP," katanya.
