Mulai 11 November 2024, Gibran Buka Layanan Pengaduan di Istana Wapres

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Wakil Presiden Gibran Rakabuming Raka membuka layanan pengaduan masyarakat Indonesia. Pengaduan dapat diakses dengan langsung mendatangi Istana Wakil Presiden juga pesan WhatsApp mulai Senin, 11 November 2024.

Kabar ini disampaikan Gibran melalui sebuah unggahan melalui akun Instagram pribadinya @gibran_rakabuming. Dalam unggahan tersebut terlihat keterangan "Lapor Mas Wapres" serta detail jadwal, alamat, hingga kontak pengaduan.

"Bapak Ibu dapat langsung datang ke Istana Wakil Presiden ya," tulisnya.

Istana Wakil Presiden berlokasi di Jalan Kebon Sirih Nomor 14, Jakarta Pusat. Layanan pengaduan di Istana Wakil Presiden dibuka Senin hingga Jumat pukul 08.00--14.00 WIB.

Selain itu, Gibran juga menyertakan kontak pengaduan via WhatsApp di nomor 081117042207.

"Kami juga membuka akses melalui WhatsApp yang nomornya ada di poster," tutupnya.
