SEAToday.com, Beijing - Pemerintah Tiongkok akan mendukung pendanaan program pemerintah Makan Bergizi Gratis yang dicanangkan Presiden Prabowo Subianto.

Kesepakatan ini dituangkan dalam Nota Kesepahaman (MoU) yang menyepakati pendanaan "Food Supplementation and School Feeding Programme in Indonesia". Penandatanganan MoU dilakukan dalam pertemuan bilateral Indonesia-Tiongkok yang dihadiri langsung oleh Presiden Indonesia Prabowo Subianto dan Presiden Tiongkok Xi Jinping, di Beijing, Sabtu (9/11).

Bersamaan dengan pendanaan program tersebut, kedua pemerintahan juga menyetujui tujuh kesepakatan kerjasama. Di antaranya adalah Protokol Persyaratan Fitosanitari untuk Ekspor Buah Kelapa Segar dari Indonesia ke Tiongkok, Pedoman Kerja Teknis untuk Mempromosikan Perikanan Tangkap Berkelanjutan, Memorandum Saling Pengertian tentang Penguatan Kerja Sama Ekonomi Biru, dan Memorandum Saling Pengertian tentang Kerja Sama Sumber Daya Mineral.
