Pemprov Jakarta Sesuaikan Jam Kerja ASN selama Ramadan

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) Jakarta memberlakukan penyesuaian aturan jam kerja bagi para Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) selama Ramadan 1446 Hijriah.
Aturan jam kerja ASN selama Ramadan, yakni Senin-Kamis mulai pukul 08.00-15.00 WIB dan Jumat mulai pukul 08.00-15.30 WIB.
Hal ini merujuk pada Surat Edaran (SE) Nomor 8/SE/2025 yang mengatur penyesuaian jam kerja bagi ASN selama bulan suci Ramadan 1446 H.
"Kebijakan tersebut mulai berlaku pada 1 Ramadhan 1446 H, sesuai dengan pedoman dari Keputusan Menteri Agama," ujar Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Jakarta, Chaidir, Jumat (28/2).
Jam kerja ASN pada hari Senin-Kamis pukul 08.00-15.00 WIB, dengan waktu istirahat pukul 12.00-12.30 WIB.
Sedangkan pada hari Jumat, jam kerja berlangsung dari pukul 08.00-15.30 WIB, dengan waktu istirahat pukul 11.30-12.30 WIB.
Adapun tujuan penyesuaian jam kerja ini untuk memberikan fleksibilitas bagi ASN dalam menjalankan ibadah puasa tanpa mengurangi produktivitas kerja.
Selain itu, kebijakan ini diharapkan dapat menjaga kualitas pelayanan publik agar tetap optimal selama bulan Ramadhan.
Sementara, untuk unit kerja yang memberikan pelayanan langsung kepada masyarakat selama 24 jam, seperti rumah sakit dan pemadam kebakaran akan diterapkan sistem kerja khusus (shifting).
Para kepala daerah pun diimbau untuk tetap mengoptimalkan peran atasan langsung dalam memastikan pelaksanaan tugas dan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat berjelan efektif, efisien, dan akuntabel.
“Bulan puasa tidak menjadi halangan bagi aparatur Pemprov DKI Jakarta dalam memberikan layanan terbaik kepada warga,” tuturnya.
Penyesuaian jam kerja selama Ramadan sejalan dengan upaya pemerintah dalam menghormati pelaksanaan ibadah puasa bagi umat Muslim.
