Operasi Keselamatan 2025, Ratusan Kendaraan Melanggar di Jakarta Timur

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Sebanyak 534 kendaraan melakukan pelanggaran lalu lintas dalam Operasi Keselamatan Jaya 2025 yang digelar oleh Satuan Lalu Lintas (Satlantas) Polres Metro Jakarta Timur di empat lokasi.

"Berdasarkan laporan harian penindakan tilang elektronik atau Electronic Traffic Law Inforcement (ETLE) mobile hari ini sebanyak 534 unit," kata Kepala Bagian Operasional (KBO) Satlantas Polres Metro Jaktim AKP Eko Aprihanto, Selasa (11/2), dilansir Antara.

Dari 534 kendaraan tersebut terdiri dari 490 unit kendaraan roda dan 44 unit kendaraan roda empat.

Sementara, keempat lokasi yang dilakukan Operasi Keselamatan 2025 yakni Jalan DI Panjaitan depan Wika arah utara; Traffic Light (TL) Halim Baru arah utara, Jalan MT Haryono dan Jalan Mayjend Sutoyo; Jalan Basuki Rahmat, Jatinegara (depan Mal Basura); dan kawasan Kanal Banjir Timur (KBT) Duren Sawit.

Adapun pelanggaran yang dilakukan mulai dari tidak menggunakan helm, tidak sesuai dengan Tanda Nomor Kendaraan Bermotor (TNKB), dan lainnya.

Meski begitu, pihaknya tidak melakukan penindakan atau penilangan secara manual, melainkan hanya memberikan teguran dan edukasi kepada masyarakat yang melanggar untuk mengikuti aturan lalu lintas demi keselamatan bersama.

"Ketika melanggar hanya di stop kita kasih masukan, kita kasih edukasi, kita kasih tau pengguna sepeda motor seperti ini. Minimal kan berhenti, meskipun masyarakat kan tetap aja diulang-ulang (melanggar) lagi, nanti kan tapi ada ETLE, pasti kena," ujar Eko.

Selain itu, pihaknya juga membagikan brosur Operasi Keselamatan Jaya 2025 sebanyak 180 brosur.

Polri menggelar Operasi Keselamatan Jaya 2025 mulai 10-23 Februari 2025 untuk menindak 11 jenis pelanggaran yang berpotensi menyebabkan kecelakaan.
