Menlu Retno Bertemu Menlu Belanda di Den Haag, Bahas Soal Palestina
SEAToday.com, Den Haag - Menteri Luar Negeri (Menlu) RI Retno Marsudi bertemu dengan Menlu Belanda Hanke Bruins Slot di Den Haag pada Rabu (31/1/2024). Ada beberapa hal yang dibahas kedua Menlu dalam pertemuan tersebut.
Retno mengungkapkan pertemuannya antara lain membahas beberapa prioritas kerja sama bilateral di bidang transisi energi, industri digital, serta pengembalian barang-barang bersejarah Indonesia.
“Saya juga tekankan pentingnya kedua negara untuk terus bekerja sama di dalam memperkuat produksi kelapa sawit yang berkelanjutan. Sebagaimana diketahui, 14 persen dari total ekspor Indonesia ke Belanda adalah berupa kelapa sawit,” kata Retno seperti dilansir Antara.
Lebih lanjut, dalam pertemuan ini Menlu Belanda juga menyampaikan komitmen untuk bekerjasama dalam pembangunan Ibu Kota Nusantara. Hal itu terutama terkait perairan dan sustainable city.
Di sisi lain, Retno juga mengatakan Indonesia menyayangkan Belanda yang membekukan dukungan keuangan terhadap UNRWA. Padahal kehadiran UNRWA penting dalam soal Palestina.
“Saya juga tekankan pentingnya kedua negara untuk terus bekerja sama di dalam memperkuat produksi kelapa sawit yang berkelanjutan. Sebagaimana diketahui, 14 persen dari total ekspor Indonesia ke Belanda adalah berupa kelapa sawit,” kata dia.
