Kemenkes: Kasus Covid-19 Varian JN.1 Masih Terkendali

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Kenaikan kasus Covid-19 varian JN.1 menurut Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes) masih dalam tahap terkendali. Hal itu lantaran belum banyak pasien yang membutuhkan ruang perawatan intensif atau ICU.

“Jumlah yang dirawat di ICU masih enggak banyak, orang yang sakit saat ini masih belum membutuhkan ICU,” kata Direktur Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Penyakit Menular Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes) Imran Pambudi seperti dikutip dari Antara.

Imam menambahkan, ada tiga aspek yang diperhatikan berkaitan dengan kadar bahaya Covid-19. Tiga aspek tersebut adlaah jumlah kasus, jumlah orang yang perlu rawat inap, dan jumlah orang yang perlu masuk ke ICU.

Kendati demikian, Imran menyebut pemerintah tetap melakukan mitigasi demi mengantisipasi lonjakan kasus.

“Memang ini akhir tahun, jadi kita harus memitigasi karena biasanya akhir tahun meningkat,” katanya.
