KAI Commuter Pastikan Seluruh Data Pengguna KRL Aman Usai Peretasan
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (KCI) atau KAI Commuter memastikan database pengguna commuter line aman setelah diduga sempat terjadi insiden peretasan yang mengancam keamanan informasi pribadì pengguna.
Corporate Secretary KAI Commuter Anne Purba, Rabu (3/7) mengatakan, KAI Commuter telah membatasi akses melalui jaringan Intranet dan melakukan investigasi mendalam untuk menangani peretasan sistem tersebut.
Kini, seluruh sistem operasional IT yang ada di lingkungan KAI Commuter berjalan dengan baik dan seluruh database pelanggan aman.
Anne meminta masyarakat tidak perlu khawatir dalam menggunakan seluruh aplikasi layanan KAI Commuter. KAI Commuter berkomitmen untuk terus meningkatkan keamanan siber dalam penerapan teknologi informasi yang memudahkan masyarakat dalam menggunakan Commuter Line dan akan mengusut tuntas atas kejahatan ini.
