Pemerintah Pastikan Semua Layanan Imigrasi Sudah Pulih 100 Persen
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Dirjen Imigrasi Kementerian Hukum dan HAM (Kemenkumham) Silmy Karim, Jumat (28/6), memastikan semua layanan sudah pulih 100 persen usai Pusat Data Nasional (PDN) mengalami serangan siber sejak Kamis (20/6). Layanan keimigrasian tersebut diantaranya perlintasan, visa online, izin tinggal, dan proses pembuatan paspor.
Silmy mengatakan, sistem perlintasan imigrasi di bandara-bandara telah pulih total sejak Sabtu (22/6). Sementara untuk penggunaan aplikasi M-Paspor, Silmy mengimbau para pengguna untuk menginstal ulang aplikasi usai kejadian ini agar bisa digunakan kembali.
Pihak Imigrasi menyatakan akan kembali menyampaikan perkembangan ketika sistem PDN sudah kembali beroperasi.
