Indonesia Jadi Negara Paling Minim Stress di Asia Tenggara
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Indonesia menjadi negara paling minim stress di Asia Tenggara pada 2024 menurut laporan dari Gallup mengenai “State of the Global Workplace 2024”. Berdasarkan laporan tersebut, Indonesia berada diperingkat sembilan, dengan tingkat persentase stress pekerja sebesar 16 persen.
Angka ini paling rendah dibanding negara-negara lainnya di Asia Tenggara. Selain itu, angka tersebut mengalami penurunan 6 poin dibandingkan data tahun sebelumnya. Sementara secara global, Indonesia berhasil menempati urutan keempat terendah terkait tingkat stres harian pekerja.
Disisi lain, posisi pertama di Asia Tenggara ditempati oleh Myanmar sebesar 48 persen, disusul Filipina di posisi kedua dengan 46 persen.
