Kerugian Keuangan Negara dalam Kasus Korupsi Timah Bertambah Jadi Rp300 Triliun

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) Republik Indonesia mengungkapkan, nilai kerugian keuangan negara dalam perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi dalam tata niaga komoditas timah di wilayah Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) PT Timah Tbk tahun 2015-2022 telah mencapai 300 triliun rupiah. Hal tersebut berdasarkan pengumuman Jaksa Agung Sanitiar Burhanuddin dalam konferensi pers di Gedung Kejagung, Jakarta, Rabu (29/5).
Angka 300 triliun rupiah didapat berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Jampidsus Kejagung, Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP), serta sejumlah ahli.
Lebih lanjut, Kepala BPKP Yusuf Ateh menjelaskan, pihaknya turut melakukan perhitungan kerugian keuangan negara dalam perkara korupsi timah. Yusuf memastikan BPKP telah prosedur-prosedur audit untuk mengumpulkan bukti-bukti termasuk berdiskusi dengan para ahli.
Diketahui, Kejagung telah menetapkan total 21 tersangka dalam kasus dugaan korupsi timah. Beberapa tersangka lainnya suami artis Sandra Dewi, Harvey Moeis selaku perpanjangan tangan PT RBT; Direktur Utama PT Timah 2016-2021, Mochtar Riza Pahlevi Tabrani (MRPT); hingga crazy rich Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) Helena Lim yang ditetapkan tersangka. Para tersangka diduga mengakomodir kegiatan pertambangan liar atau ilegal di wilayah Bangka Belitung untuk mendapatkan keuntungan.
