Jakarta, Medan, dan Makassar Masuk Peringkat Kota Pintar 2024

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Institusi pendidikan bisnis asal Swiss, Institute Management and Development (IMD), merilis hasil survei Smart City Index (SCI) 2024 pada 12 April. Dari 142 kota yang disurvei di seluruh dunia, tiga kota di Indonesia, yaitu Jakarta, Medan, dan Makassar, termasuk dalam daftar kota pintar (smart city) masa depan yang tangguh dan mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan zaman.
Laporan IMD mengungkapkan tiga permasalahan utama yang menjadi fokus masyarakat di Jakarta, Medan, dan Makassar. Polusi udara (68,4%), kemacetan lalu lintas (66%), dan korupsi (51,7%) menjadi isu utama yang dihadapi warga Jakarta. Di sisi lain, responden di Jakarta menunjukkan kepuasan tinggi terhadap kemudahan mengakses informasi dan layanan publik secara daring, seperti jadwal dan pembelian tiket angkutan umum (skor 83,2), penjadwalan layanan kesehatan (skor 81,1), dan portal pencarian kerja (skor 81).
Di Medan, responden menyoroti keamanan (58,3%), pengangguran (53,2%), dan korupsi (52,7%) sebagai permasalahan utama. Namun, mereka juga menunjukkan kepuasan terhadap upaya dunia usaha dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja (skor 78,3), kemudahan akses informasi dan layanan publik terkait transportasi (skor 77,8), dan pencarian kerja daring (skor 77).
Sementara itu, di Makassar, kemacetan lalu lintas (52,6%), pengangguran (52,5%), dan korupsi (49,6%) menjadi isu utama yang dihadapi masyarakat. Di sisi positif, responden di Makassar menunjukkan kepuasan terhadap kemudahan penjadwalan layanan kesehatan secara daring (skor 74), akses informasi peluang kerja daring (skor 73,9), dan akses informasi dan layanan publik terkait transportasi (skor 72,1).

1. Singapura peringkat 5 dunia.
2. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, peringkat 73 dunia.
3. Bangkok, Thailand, peringkat 84 dunia.
4. Hanoi, Vietnam, peringkat 97 dunia.
5. Jakarta, Indonesia peringkat 103 dunia.
6. Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, peringkat 105 dunia.
7. Medan, Indonesia, peringkat 112 dunia.
8. Makassar, Indonesia peringkat 115 dunia.
9. Manila, Filipina, peringkat 121 dunia.
