Ghisca Debora Berniat Meraup Untung Rp250 Ribu per Tiket dari Penipuan Tiket Konser Coldplay
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Ghisca Debora Aritonang, tersangka penipuan tiket Coldplay, berniat meraup keuntungan sebesar Rp250.000 per tiket. Hal ini disampaikan oleh Kapolres Jakarta Pusat Kombes Pol Susatyo Purnomo Condro dalam konferensi pers, Senin (20/11). Ghisca berkata akan mengakui kesalahannya dan siap mengikuti proses hukum.
Ghisca ditangkap berdasarkan enam laporan yang masuk ke Polres Jakarta Pusat dengan total kerugian Rp5,1 miliar dari 2.268 tiket. Ghisca dijerat dengan Pasal 378 KUHP dan atau Pasal 372 KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman empat tahun penjara.
