Tinta Pemilu, Penanda Bagi Pemilih

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Setelah memberikan hak suara dalam pemilihan umum (pemilu), biasanya masyarakat akan diminta untuk mencelupkan jari tangannya dengan tinta sebagai tanda telah mencoblos.
Namun untuk tinta yang digunakan, ada ketentuan yang harus diikuti dan telah diatur berdasarkan Peraturan Komisi Pemilihan Umum (PKPU) Nomor 14 Tahun 2023 tentang Perlengkapan Pemungutan Suara, Dukungan Perlengkapan Lainnya, dan Perlengkapan Pemungutan Suara Lainnya dalam Pemilihan Umum.
Aturan Tinta Pemilu
- Setiap Tempat Pemungutan Suara (TPS) menyediakan dua botol tinta.
- Komposisi tinta harus aman dan nyaman bagi pemakainya.
- Tinta memiliki daya lekat paling kurang selama 6 jam.
- Tinta yang digunakan berwarna biru tua atau ungu tua.
Ketentuan Tinta Pemilu
- Memiliki sertifikasi yang menyatakan aman untuk digunakan dari kementerian/lembaga yang membidangi urusan obat dan makanan.
- Memiliki sertifikasi uji komposisi bahan baku dari laboratorium terakreditasi milik pemerintah, perguruan tinggi Negeri atau Swasta.
- Memiliki sertifikasi halal dari kementerian atau lembaga yang membidangi urusan kehalalan produk.
