Kementerian BUMN Uji Coba Sistem Kerja 4 Hari dalam Seminggu

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Kementerian Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) melakukan uji coba penerapan sistem kerja empat hari dalam seminggu. Hal tersebut dibagikan di Instagram @lifeatkbumn, Sabtu (8/6). Dalam unggahan tersebut, salah satu pegawai Kementerian BUMN membagikan kisahnya terkait uji coba bekerja empat hari dalam seminggu melalui sistem Compressed Work Schedule (CWS).

Diketahui, ada sejumlah syarat untuk bisa bekerja empat hari, diantaranya harus bekerja minimal 40 jam dalam empat hari, mendapat persetujuan atasan, dan memiliki hasil pekerjaan yang terukur. Pegawai Kementerian BUMN bisa mengajukannya sekali dalam dua minggu.

Sebelumnya, Menteri BUMN Erick Thohir mengusulkan rencana kerja empat hari dalam seminggu pada Maret lalu. Erick mengaku hal ini merupakan upaya memberikan Kesehatan mental bagi para pegawai BUMN.
