Tiga Bandara Angkasa Pura II Raih Penghargaan ACI ASQ Awards 2023
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Tiga bandara milik PT Angkasa Pura II (AP II), yakni Bandara Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II (Palembang), Bandara Supadio (Pontianak), dan Bandara Depati Amir (Pangkalpinang), mendapatkan penghargaan Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards 2023 dari Airport Council International (ACI). Hal ini diumumkan ACI pada Minggu (10/3).
Ketiga bandara tersebut meraih total 10 penghargaan, di mana masing-masing bandara menerima penghargaan sebagai bandara terbaik di Asia Pasifik berdasarkan kapasitas dari masing-masing bandara.
VP Corporate Communication AP II Cin Asmoro mengatakan pada Jumat (15/3), penghargaan tersebut merefleksikan semangat AP II dalam melayani penumpang pesawat. Asmoro menilai, pengembangan infrastruktur, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, serta peningkatan sumber daya manusia (SDM) menjadi kunci bagi bandara-bandara AP II untuk memiliki standar pelayanan tinggi.
ACI ASQ Awards merupakan program di industri aviasi dalam menilai customer experience yang didukung metodologi ketat dan ilmiah, di mana terdapat 30 indikator passenger experience. (DHITA/ DKD)
