SEAToday.com, Pyongyang - Menteri Pertahanan Korea Selatan Shin Won-Sik mengatakan Korea Utara telah mengirimkan jutaan amunisi ke Rusia sejak bulan Juli untuk kepentingan perangnya dengan Ukraina.
“Ratusan pabrik amunisi Korea Utara bergerak pada kecepatan 30% karena kekurangan bahan mentah dan listrik, namun pabrik yang memproduksi amunisi untuk Rusia bekerja dengan kecepatan penuh” katanya, dilansir dari Yonhap News.
Shin Won-Sik menambahkan, Korea Utara telah menerima bantuan persediaan makanan sebanyak 9.000 kontainer dari Rusia. Hal ini digadang merupakan imbalan bagi Korea Utara atas pasokan amunisinya ke Rusia.
Selain itu, Menhan Korea Selatan tersebut juga menyatakan kemungkinan Korea Utara untuk merilis satelit baru hingga meminta bantuan kepada Rusia dalam bidang teknologi pesawat terbang.
Kedua negara, baik Korea Utara maupun Rusia, telah menyangkal kabar tentang adanya aktivitas pertukaran senjata untuk tujuan melawan Ukraina.
