SEAToday.com, Ankara - Turkiye pada Selasa (9/4) mengumumkan akan melakukan pembatasan ekspor terhadap 54 kategori produknya yang masuk ke Israel hingga gencatan senjata di Gaza tercapai.
54 kategori yang dibatasi tersebut meliputi aluminium, baja, produk konstruksi, bahan bakar jet, dan pupuk kimia. Pengumuman ini dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Perdagangan menyusul penolakan Israel atas permintaan Turkiye untuk ikut serta dalam operasi penerjunan bantuan ke Gaza.
"Keputusan ini akan tetap berlaku sampai Israel menyatakan gencatan senjata segera dan mengijinkan aliran bantuan kemanusiaan yang memadai dan tanpa gangguan ke Gaza," kata pernyataan tersebut.
Israel telah menanggapi keputusan tersebut dengan mengatakan bahwa mereka juga akan memberlakukan larangan terhadap produk-produk dari Turkiye.
