9000 Tenaga Honorer diangkat menjadi PPPK oleh Mahkamah Agung

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Sebanyak 9.000 tenaga honorer diangkat Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia menjadi pegawai pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja (PPPK)
"Pengangkatan PPPK dari honorer untuk MA formasi tahun ini berjumlah 9.000-an, semua honorer yang memenuhi syarat bisa diangkat menjadi PPPK," ucap Sekretaris MA Sugiyanto kepada ANTARA di Manokwari, Senin (28/10).
Semua tenaga honorer di lingkungan peradilan se-Indonesia yang telah memenuhi syarat untuk diangkat menjadi PPPK pada formasi tahun ini. Seperti waktu kerja harus dua tahun lebih untuk bisa masuk dalam database Badan Kepegawaian Nasional (BKN).
"Proses yang sudah berjalan ini untuk pengangkatan tahap I, sedangkan untuk mereka yang masa kerja belum dua tahun kita akan seleksi di tahap II," ungkapnya.
Syarat lainnya untuk diangkat menjadi tenaga honorer dari MA adalah tidak pernah dijatuhi hukuman disiplin, rajin, serta memiliki loyalitas kepada lembaga. MA mewajibkan setiap tenaga honorer untuk mengikuti seleksi pengangkatan agar dapat melampirkan surat keterangan dari pimpinan divisi kerja masing-masing terkait kinerja.
"Jadi tentu tidak semua bisa lulus atau diangkat menjadi PPPK. Kalau misalnya jarang masuk, melawan pimpinan, loyalitasnya tidak bagus kan tidak mungkin kita terima," imbuhnya.
